1. What Troovle Does

Troovle connects travelers with hosts and creators for curated trips. We act as a platform that helps you discover, book, and manage travel experiences. We do not operate the trips ourselves; each experience is delivered by the host or creator responsible for the listing.

2. Your Account

  • Keep your login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • You must be of legal age to book travel in your region.
  • Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Booking & Payments

  • When you book, you enter a direct agreement with the host/creator of the trip.
  • Prices, taxes, and fees are shown before checkout; currency may vary by region.
  • Deposits and cancellation terms are set by the host and shown during booking.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Verify you meet visa, passport, health, and insurance requirements.
  • Follow local laws and the host's safety guidance during the trip.
  • Be respectful to fellow travelers, hosts, and communities visited.

5. Host Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate trip details, pricing, inclusions, and exclusions.
  • Ensure necessary permits, safety standards, and qualified personnel.
  • Communicate clearly about meeting points, timing, and changes.

6. Changes & Cancellations

  • Hosts may adjust itineraries for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
  • Refunds and date changes follow the policy presented at booking.
  • If a trip is canceled by the host, you will be informed and offered next steps.

7. Intellectual Property

The Troovle brand, site design, and content are owned by Troovle. Hosts and creators retain rights to their own media and trip content. Please do not reuse materials without permission.

8. Liability

Travel involves risk. By booking, you acknowledge these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Troovle is not liable for incidents arising during trips provided by third-party hosts. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
